Eataly London is putting on a selection of special limited-edition dishes and cocktails in its restaurants, Terra and Pasta e Pizza, to celebrate the long Easter weekend.

From delicious starters of grilled asparagus, poached egg, and parmesan cream cheese to hearty mains of slow cooked lamb shoulder, closing off with Eataly’s sweet treat – the Eggstravaganza – meringue with almond, chocolate, apple jelly ,yuzu egg and a coconut crumble. You’ll be spoilt for choices this Easter weekend!

  • The Chocolate Orange with Havana Club 7 Rum, Frangelico, chocolate & orange rum liqueur, chocolate syrup, chocolate bitter and orange bitters
  • Salted Caramel Espresso Martini with Mermaid Salt Vodka, Kahlua Coffee Liqueur, espresso, caramel syrup and salt

Pasta Evangelists

For the first time, Pasta Evangelists are hosting an Easter children’s fresh pasta making class – perfect for those young budding pasta fanatics, wanting to master the techniques of fresh pasta.

Children will be taught alongside an adult on how to make Malloreddus – a traditional pasta shape from Sardinia. Once made – you can enjoy all your hard work and eat your freshly made pasta with your child.

Unlimited soft drinks will be served throughout for the children and Prosecco for the adults.

Sticks’n’Sushi

Sticks’n’Sushi, welcomes children from the ages of 8-12 years to join them in its Kids’n’Sushi masterclass.

From a slightly different weekend activity to a birthday party, the highly skilled Sticks’n’Sushi chefs are on hand to help the children celebrate, the Sticks’n’Sushi way. Now available at the Cambridge, King’s Road, White City, Oxford, Kingston, Wimbledon and Greenwich restaurant the classes are suitable for ages 8-12 years of all skill levels.

Each budding sushi master will be taught to make Kappa Hosomaki rolls (Cucumber), Pink Alaska Uramaki rolls (Salmon, avocado, cream cheese, and lumpfish roe) and Shake Nigiri (Salmon) during the 90-minute hands on class. As well as learning a new skill and creating sushi masterpieces, each ticket includes soft drinks during the class and a goody bag at the end with a certificate, bandana, rolling mat, chopsticks, chocolate fish and a Japanese number and phrase sheet.

The classes operate with a minimum of 10 children, and maximum, 15.
