British Land’s flexible workspace provider, Storey, is set to open new office space at 201 Bishopsgate next year.

The latest Storey space will total 35,000 sq ft across the seventh floor of the building, which is located close to Liverpool Street station, and will include twelve office units, meeting rooms and break-out areas.

Expected to open in May 2024, it will offer customers a mix of shared workspaces including a lounge area, wellness room and terrace – equating to 7,000 sq ft.

Designed by architects dMFK, Storey’s unique modular design enables each private workspace to be configured to meet customer’s needs, including layout, size and aesthetic, and can be modified as businesses evolve.
