In celebration of everyone’s favourite lockdown libation, The Margarita, the team have created a special Cointreau Christmas Margarita made with Cointreau, AquaRiva Blanco tequila, citric acid solution and aromatic bitters, finished with cinnamon powder and sugar to garnish.
Gin-spiring cocktails made with The Botanist Gin include: the Snow Queenie Martini made using The Botanist Gin, Aperol aperitif, creme de framboise liqueur, pineapple cordial, citric acid solution and still pink rhubarb tonic water topped with a dried lemon and Lady Marmalade a combination of The Botanist Gin, Cointreau Blood Orange liqueur, crème de pêche liqueur, Earl Grey tea cordial and citric acid solution and chocolate bitters served with a dried orange slice.
Saint Nick’s Mulled Nip offers a heady mix of Mount Gay Black Barrel Double Cask rum, cherry liqueur, mulled wine, apple pie syrup and rooibos tea while the Reindeer Fuel Espresso with Remy Martin VSOP cognac, amaretto, coffee, banana, vanilla and chocolate bitters is guaranteed to add a spring to your step.
