Gin lovers assemble! The Square Mile’s Sky Garden has teamed up with Fever-Tree to create a ‘Spritz in the Sky’ gin pop-up at its City Garden Bar.

Head all the way up to the Sky Garden’s City Garden Bar every Thursday to Saturday evening until September,  for all the best views over London – paired with all the gin and tonic combinations you can dream of. The carefully curated and exclusive Fever-Tree spritz menu serves three gin and tonics, and a floral gin spritz range, each created with the iconic premium Fever-Tree tonic mixers.

Gin and tonics include Hendricks and Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic Water and Gin Mare & Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water. And those looking to spritz up their life can opt for the Sunset in the Sky featuring Belvedere Lemon and Basil Vodka, topped with Fever-Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda and Limoncello.

Or opt for the City Garden Spritz with Grapefruit Juice, Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water and Plymouth Gin. Sky Garden and Fever-Tree are pulling out all the stops this summer!

Also, if you’re just looking for your stock standard gin and tonic (just using the good stuff), then you can very easily do so at the Sky Garden’s City gin pop-up. No need to submit to peer pressure and get over complicated. There is a reason why a simple gin and tonic is so loved – especially in summer!

These guys have also gone to all the trouble of glamming up the Sky Garden’s City Bar too. The botanical space now boasts colourful branded deckchairs and a wooden swing with flower wall backdrop – made for capturing those Instagram-worthy moments (an essential for pop-ups these days) and offering a quintessentially British ‘summer in the city’ vibe.

Fever-Tree is showing off the diversity of its natural tonics and mixers with this exclusive gin and cocktail menu. And the City of London’s Sky Garden is the perfect location for such a fun summer pop-up. Just don’t bring your gin hating mates – that energy isn’t needed here!
