Club Gascon
Another Michelin-starred restaurant, Club Gascon serves contemporary cuisine influenced by the southwest region of France. The modern menu, created by Chef Pascal Aussignac, uses seasonal and traditional ingredients to create unique and creative dishes. The restaurant offers two menus. Sip a cocktail and enjoy French tapas or charcuterie from the bar menu, or indulge with a rich bowl of traditional cassoulet Toulousain from the bistro menu.
