NOOH Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé (£36.00)

Introducing NOOH – a non-alcoholic created by the award-winning winemakers at Château La Coste. NOOH is made from the estate’s best-selling organic rosé wine and then dealcoholised; the alcohol contained in the wine is extracted by vacuum distillation i.e. evaporation to preserve all the aromas. NOOH (Pronounced N-OO-H) is a take on the French word ‘Nous’ meaning ‘us’ or ‘we’, how the non-alcoholic wine is made for sharing with friends. There is also a nod to the word ‘No’, signifying the non-alcoholic style of this wine. NOOH offers the same vibrant flavors of grapefruit, strawberries, and jasmine as their iconic Rosé d’une Nuit, but with a lighter, non-alcoholic twist.

Available here, it’s an ideal drink for sharing with friends and family this holiday season.
