‘Ritch Mule with a Kick

Ingredients

A few slices of fresh Ginger

60ml TovaRITCH! Vodka

15ml Freshly squeezed Lime Juice

Ginger Beer

Mint to garnish

Method

Muddle the fresh ginger in a shaker. Add the Tovaritch! Vodka and lime juice and then add ice. Shake and strain into a copper mug or glass of your choice, adding fresh ice. Top up with ginger beer and then garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and, perhaps, a slice of ginger.

1800 Coconut Crusher

A refreshing crowd-pleaser

  • 1 part 1800 Coconut

  • 3 parts pineapple juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with pineapple.

Espolòn Paloma

Ingredients:

60 ml Espolòn Blanco

15 ml fresh lime juice

120 ml pink grapefruit soda

Garnish:

Lime wedge

Grapefruit peel (optional)

Salt rim (optional)

Glass:

Tall Collins / Highball

Method:

Blend in a tall glass with plenty of ice, adding grapefruit soda last, and stirring to incorporate the ingredients. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!

Fettercairn’s 200th Anniversary Cocktail – Fettercairn 1824

Ingredients

  • 37.5ml Fettercairn 16 Year Old Whisky

  • 12.75ml Kumquat liqueur

  • 10ml Fettercairn honey syrup

  • 15ml Lemon juice

  • 4 dashes banana and coffee bitters

  • Crémant sparkling wine

Method

  1. Shake and strain all the flat ingredients only. Double strain and top with Crémant.

  2. Garnish with a fresh lemon twist. Enjoy!

Everleaf Mountain Negroni Sbagliato

  • 40ml Everleaf Mountain

  • 5ml Monin Bitter syrup

  • 100ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine (we like Wild Idol) or soda

Combine ingredients in a rocks glass and stir gently. Garnish with a blood orange slice, blossom flowers and a cherry.

Smirnoff Mango & Passion Fruit Twist Martini Cocktail

Smirnoff Mango & Passionfruit Twist* – 50 ml

Pineapple juice – 75 ml

Cranberry juice – 50 ml

Passionfruit for garnish

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except the ½ a passionfruit to a cocktail shaker full of ice

  2. Shake to mix, then strain into a martini cocktail glass or coupe glass

  3. Garnish with the passionfruit and serve

VIVIR’s Tequila Bramble

Ingredients

  • 50ml VIVIR Tequila Anejo

  • 30ml fresh lemon juice

  • 1tbsp agave syrup

  • 1tbsp blackberry liqueur (Crème de mûre)

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add VIVIR Anejo, lemon juice and agave. Shake until well-chilled. Fill a small tumbler with crushed ice and pour over the shaken mixture. Drizzle the Crème de mûre over the top so that it “bleeds” down into the glass. Garnish with blackberries and a sprig of rosemary for the aromas.

PUMPKIN SPICE ESPRESSO MARTINI

A rich, spiced take on a classic that’s bound to impress at any autumn gathering. Perfect for when the day winds down and you’re ready to trade your latte for something a little stronger.

  • 60ml Project #173 Pumpkin Spice Rum

  • 30ml Coffee Liqueur

  • 30ml Espresso

  • 15ml Agave Syrup

Add liquid ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled glass.

Master of Malt

SHANKY’S WHIP AFFOGATO

30ml Shanky’s Whip | 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice cream | Shot of Espresso

Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a serving glass and pour over a shot of espresso and the Shanky’s Whip. Garnish with cocoa power, chocolate shavings or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
